4 BEDROOMS (sleeps 10):  Fabulous master bedroom with a double bed, leads out to a lovely small terrace with excellent views to the sea, the mountain and Fuerteventura in the second  floor. Two downstairs bedrooms, one twins and the other double, all of them with fitted wardrobes. The fourth bedroom is located in the last floor with a double bed and in the same floor there is a sofa bed with 2 single mattresses.

3 BATHROOMS:   the en-suite bathroom in the upper floor and the family one in the ground floor comprise a large bath/shower, a sink, WCs and fitted with marble throughout. The third modern bathroom is located in the last floor, it comprise a shower, a sink and WCs.

KITCHEN:  Modern kitchen,  very well equipped with a double fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, granite worktops, crockery, cutlery, plates, pans and pots.

UTILITY ROOM:  Ironing board, iron, clothes line and washing machine.

LIVING ROOMS:  There is a corner leather black sofa, flat screen plasma with UK TV and a DVD player. The dining room has french doors opening onto the patio and pool area, where you could enjoy the outside space, the pool, the BBQ, the garden…

TOWELS/LINEN:   Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided.

OTHER:  WIFI is provided for free. There is garage and a private parking plot in front of the villa.

OUTSIDE: The beautiful garden is surrounded by a volcanic rock wall and fences. For your maximum comfort there is some nice terrace furniture, an exterior rattan sofa, with 2 armchairs, a round table with bench, 5 sun loungers and BBQ to enjoy outside meals. The pool is approximately 7×4

ABOUT THE AREA:

Coast/Beach
The villa is located in Alisios, in Faro Park area, is about 1-2 min drive from the coast/promenade, there are various beaches in Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada, Playa Flamingo(the nearest one 5 min by car), a little one in the centre of Playa Blanca and the famous Papagayo beaches.

Car
Car hire is recommended especially for those who would like to visit the island. A taxi from the centre of Playa Blanca to the villa cost approximately 5-6 €. The airport is in Arrecife about 30 min drive, with taxi it cost approximately 40€.

Distances
The villa is about 5 min drives to Playa Blanca center, 15 min to El Golfo, 20 min to Puerto Calero, 25 min to Puerto del Carmen, 30 min to Arrecife. Within 10/15 min walk or 2 min drive, there are few bars, restaurant, a bakery and 2 little supermarkets.
