3 BEDROOMS (sleeps 6):  Fabulous master bedroom with a double bed, leads out to 2 fantastic roof terraces with excellent views to the sea, the mountain and Fuerteventura.2 downstairs bedrooms, one twins and the other double, all of them  with fitted wardrobes.

2 BATHROOMS:   luxury bathrooms, the en-suite one in the upper floor and the family one in the ground floor. Both of them comprising a large bath/shower, a sink, WCs and fitted with marble throughout.

KITCHEN: fitted with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, granite worktops, crockery, cutlery, plates, pans and pots.

UTILITY ROOM:  Ironing board, iron, clothes line and washing machine.

LIVING ROOMS:  Large brown leather sofa with comfortable cushions, armchair, flat screen plasma with UK TV and a DVD player (with Usb plug). The dining room has a lovely table for six. Both living and dining areas have french doors opening onto the patio and pool area

TOWELS/LINEN:  Bath, pool towels and bed linen are provided.

OTHER:  WIFI is provided for free. There is a private parking plot in front of the villa.

OUTSIDE: The beautiful garden is surrounded by a volcanic rock wall for privacy with terrace and garden area around the pool. The pool is approximately 7×4, is heated by a pool heater working with a coin machine placed in the villa. For your maximum comfort there is some nice terrace furniture, a table, 4 chairs, 4 sun-loungers and a BBQ to enjoy outside meals

TERRACES: There is a lovely reading/relaxing covered terrace with fantastic views in the upper floor, and then there is another one very private and protected by the wind with fantastic views as well.

ABOUT THE AREA:

Coast/Beach
The villa is located in Ambar, in Faro Park area just at few minute walking from the coast/promenade, there are various beaches in Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada, Playa Flamingo(the nearest one 5 min by car), a little one in the centre of Playa Blanca and the famous Papagayo beaches.

Car
Car hire is recommended especially for those who would like to visit the island. A taxi from the centre of Playa Blanca to the villa cost approximately 4-6 €. There is a bus stop 5 min walking from the villa. The airport is in Arrecife about 30 min drive, with taxi it cost approximately 40€.

Distances
The villa is about 5 min drives to Playa Blanca center, 15 min to El Golfo, 20 min to Puerto Calero, 25 min to Puerto del Carmen, 30 min to Arrecife. Within 6/8 min walk or 2 min drive, there are few bars, restaurants, a bakery and 2 little supermarkets.
